I hope only Tani herself decides who can be a moderator.
I think moderators are needed to fix the forum. It is really hard work. I even know three professional moders on site joblist.ru who gains money from their work as moderators. |

At the moment, I'll start accepting people to be mods when they get to 50 posts. When we get more members, I will probably increase the minimum number of posts. (However, that's not all you'll need to be a mod). I would say that you would have to be reasonably active and have been a member for at least two months. |

Indeed, there isn't much need yet for anymore than one or two mods just because there are so few members. Anyway, I think you guys have an excellent staff that'll keep this place nice and neat. I wish I had some mods at my forum who'd actually do something.  |
